About Me

Jacob is a 20-nothing and native Washingtonian who bakes. A lot. A dream of empowering home bakers everywhere brought Jacob to start Confectious. A love of blogging, photography, and most of all baking has led his attempts to rise to the rank of professional food blogger.

When he's not in the kitchen or at the computer, Jacob enjoys searching the stacks at his local library, undertaking projects which should likely be left to the professionals, and hobby collecting.
